Troubleshooting

Common Issues & Fixes

1. Verify power to the sensor node (check indicator LED).
2. Confirm the node is within network range of the gateway.
3. Restart the node by holding the reset button for 5 seconds.
4. Check gateway connectivity in your dashboard under Settings → Devices.
If the issue persists, contact support@emlogix.net with your device serial number.
1. Check your notification settings under Dashboard → Alerts → Recipients.
2. Verify your email address is confirmed and not in a spam/junk folder.
3. Ensure alert thresholds are set correctly for the assets you wish to monitor.
4. Check that the asset is in an "Active" monitoring state in the dashboard.
1. Hard-refresh your browser (Cmd+Shift+R / Ctrl+Shift+R).
2. Check the "Last Seen" timestamp on each device in Settings → Devices.
3. Confirm the gateway has an active internet connection.
4. If readings are more than 15 minutes stale, the gateway may need a restart.
